Ordering from Tuxedo Fashions
These terms explain ordering, payment, and cancellation for purchases and rentals from Tuxedo Fashions. Please also review the policies linked below for shipping, returns, exchanges, and rental requirements.
Guest Checkout
You can place an order as a guest. Account creation is not currently offered during checkout. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information so we can process your order and contact you if needed.
Product Information and Availability
We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options.
If the order or an item is canceled, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled order or item. We will not substitute a different item or charge an increased price without your agreement.
Ordering and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Please review your selected items, sizes, colors, quantities, and applicable dates before submitting your order.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you submit your order.

Cancellation of Regular Purchases
You may request cancellation of a regular purchase before it ships. Purchases canceled before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method, with no cancellation fee.
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. If your order has already shipped, please follow our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
Special Orders
Special-order cancellation requests must be received before the order is submitted to the manufacturer. Once submitted to the manufacturer, special orders cannot be canceled.
Special orders ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer when ready. Standard processing times and the same-day overnight shipping cutoff do not apply.
Special orders are excluded from returns and exchanges. If a special-order item arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship purchases to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping charges, processing times, delivery options, and special-order exceptions are explained in our Shipping Information Policy.
Shipping transit times begin when an order ships and are separate from processing time. If you need an order for a specific event date, contact us before ordering to discuss timing.
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and details so we can assist you.
Returns and Exchanges for Purchases
Eligible online and in-store purchases may be returned or exchanged under our Exchanges & Returns Policy. That policy explains the applicable deadlines, merchandise conditions, refunds, and shipping arrangements.
Online purchases may also be brought to our San Jose store within the applicable deadline. Contact us for approval and shipping instructions before mailing merchandise.
Rental Orders
We do not ship rentals. Rental orders placed online must be picked up at our San Jose store.
Rental periods, pickup and return dates, additional-day charges, late fees, cancellation terms, and responsibility for loss or damage are governed by our Rental Contract and your rental agreement.
The purchase cancellation and return provisions above do not apply to rentals.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
